
FALL CHALLENGE
This Challenge is comprised of two rounds, each a week long featuring new LEVEL UP ONLINE content. The first week focuses on full-body Signature Classes and the second week incorporates different muscle group-focused Express Classes. Both Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced options are included, so there's something for everyone! The Challenge also includes Weekly LEVEL UP Bonuses and Self-Care tips to help you LEVEL UP throughout your day!
