September Whole 30 Challenge

Completing my first Whole30 last September changed my life for the better in so many ways and I want to share that experience with my LEVEL UP Family. This is a 30-day LEVEL UP Workout Plan to be used while following the Whole30 Program.

• 5-6 workouts per week followed by 1 rest day

The idea is to be active for our 30 days (and beyond!). It is one thing to change the way you eat for 30 days but couple that with committing to moving your body for 30 days and we’ve got a guaranteed recipe for success and leveling up your overall health! This is a 30-day LEVEL UP Workout Plan to be used while following the Whole30 Program.
